What we answer

Corrections. Something here is wrong, out of date, or a product has been discontinued. These get dealt with before anything else.
Products we have missed. Especially if it solves a problem none of our picks do.
Questions about a pick. Why something ranked where it did, or which option suits your situation.

What we cannot answer

Anything medical. We are not doctors and we do not give advice on sleep disorders, conditions, medications or supplements. If sleep trouble has run for weeks, if you are sleepy during the day, or if you wake gasping, that is a conversation for a doctor rather than for us.
